    Adet gecikmesi olduğunda akla ilk defa gebelik gelmelidir. Ancak çoğunlukla gebelik değil hava koşullar, stres, yorgunluk gibi nedenlerdir. Ancak 1 hafta gecikme, gebelik olmasa bile mutlaka muayene edilmelidir. Yumurtalık ile ilgili bazı sorunların belirtisi olabilir.
