    2 cm altındaki bezeler boyunda enfeksiyona bağlı yada çürük dişlere bağlı olabiliyor. 2 cm üzerindeki bezeleri takip etmek gerekir. şikayeti yok ise aralıklı usg ile takip uygun olur.
